  • Click on Start and select Settings.
  • Click on Update and Security.

    3. Roll Back or Uninstall Sound Driver

  • Type devmgmt.msc and press OK to open the Device Manager.
  • In the Device Manager expand, “Audio Inputs and outputs” section.
